· Increasing and making the State Education Assistance Program (SEAP) permanent / lowering in-State tuition to State institutions or a Waiver.

INGOA Annual Meeting

We will hold our annual meeting on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Indoor Pavilion no Gowen Field at 1630.  Our guest speaker will be MG (Ret) Lafrenz.  We will also provide an update on the status of the local and national organization to include information regarding the National Convention is September.  Come join us for some good information and social time!

House Committee Increases Guard Funding

(May 22, 2012) The House Appropriations Committee approved last week the defense appropriations bill. Overall, the House bill funds the Defense Department above the president's request. Most National Guard accounts are funded at or above the requested levels. The bill includes $589 million in operations and maintenance funding to pause divestiture, retirement or transfer of any Air Force aircraft and maintain these aircraft until Congress and the Government Accountability Office review the…
